There are two common reasons that you might not see your OverDrive items when you log in.
The checkout or hold is under a different card number than the one you logged in with. In this case, make sure that you are logging in with the same account you used to place your hold or check out your item. Your items may be under a family member's card.
You recently got a new library card, and the new number has not been merged with the old one. In this case, please contact us with your name, your new library card number, and the email address on your OverDrive account. We will merge your old and new accounts. Your holds and checkouts will carry over to the new account, but your OverDrive wish lists will not.
