WCPL uses OverDrive to supply most of our downloadable titles, including magazines. We also provide some eBooks and eAudiobooks through hoopla, courtesy of NC LIVE. Hoopla replaces RBdigital, which NC LIVE previously provided.
Read on to find out how to get support for these services.
OverDrive/Libby
OverDrive provides the Libby app for tablets and smartphones. You can get Libby from your device's app store or from the Libby site.
OverDrive also works with other types of devices. Check device compatibility here.
- If you need help getting started with downloadable ebooks and audiobooks, see Getting Started with OverDrive.
- If you need help with Libby, you can get support right from the app (Menu -> Help & Support) or use the Libby support form from the Libby Help pages.
- If you need help with the OverDrive site, find troubleshooting information on the OverDrive Help pages.
