How do I get or change my PIN?

When you get your library card, you are also assigned a PIN. Your PIN allows you to log in to our catalog and other online resources.

  • If you don't know your PIN and have a current email address on file, you can reset it.
     
  • If you know your PIN and want to change it:
    1. Log in to our catalog with your card number and current PIN.
    2. Click Account Settings under My Account on the left.
    3. Near the bottom of that page, fill in the information to update your PIN.
If you need further help with your PIN, please call or visit one of our locations, and a staff member can reset it for you.
